Dad's 53rd Birthday

We had a great weekend. We spent Friday getting caught up on some house things and relaxing. Saturday we headed to Dubuque for my Dad's 53rd birthday. We went to eat at the Maraco, followed by a trip to the new Casino in town. We are not gamblers in any way, shape, or form but it was fun! My Dad gave me $50, but made me spend it playing something. I played Blackjack, which was fun, but I lost. I was up $20 at one time, then lost it all..... Then we went to the bar there to listen to some Live Band Karaoke. We all had so much fun! This weekend we're off to Michigan to visit Luke. I'll try and get some pictures posted next week!
