My husband, the builder....

So, awhile back, I posted about My Husband

Recently, he's been really big into speaker building. AND he's great at it! His most recent project was a Father's Day/Birthday gift for his Dad. This project took him hours upon hours planning, designing, and building. I must say, they turned out great. Speakers such as these would cost someone anywhere between $600-$800 for the pair and we snuck by for a mere $150-200/pair. Not bad, though his time does cost for something. He says they would rival any $800/pair at the store...... So We were pretty excited with how they turned out. His next plan is to make some for our home. He told me to say that if anyone would want to know details of how he choose the speakers, designed them and built them, to just ask and he will post it on here! (probably more so for your husbands/boyfriends)

Here is the project midway through.... Sorry I don't have any at the start with just wood... But you can imagine that one on your own!

Here is another stage. Gluing the wood together and clamping it down with
a million clamps!

Here they are, completely finished, except for the internal parts and speakers


Then he varnished them, which turned out beautifully!

The Final Product!!! Please excuse our messy theater room, but he had to hook
them up to make sure they worked right.

They turned out amazing and sound awesome!
